What type of climbing pants that can grow in northorn Illinois?

We recently moved into an apartment balcony has a size Up porch nice guy, I want to put a kind of creepers along the porch to grow around him .. Yes, some places will allow this …. but you must find one that will leave before leaving any type of deposit.
