Any idea what to do with an excess of blackberries?
Having an excess of blackberries in the garden this year and I wonder if anyone has any idea that you can do with them. Recipes for jams, desserts, wines would be appreciated as well as other ideas. Thank you.
Blackberry Jam 3 c water 2 c 1 Moras pectin PK fruit powder 5 c fruit sugar crush depth. Add water and pectin. Stir until pectin is dissolved. Bring to a boil. Boil 5-10 minutes. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Boil 3-5 minutes, stirring often, or until thickened.
